4 Account Security and Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. vjl will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- You must not share your vjl login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must not permit any third party to access your account or conduct gaming activity on your behalf.
- You must notify vjl's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

12 Account Suspension and Termination
vjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Provision of false or fraudulent registration information;
- Suspected multi-accounting;
- Receipt of a self-exclusion or exclusion order from PAGCOR or a competent authority;
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy detailed in section 12.1.
12.1 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. vjl will attempt to notify the player at their registered email address before applying dormant account procedures. Dormant accounts with a positive balance may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting the support team and completing any required revalidation.
12.2 Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to voluntarily close their vjl account may do so by contacting the support team. 13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
